We Happily Return And Refund ...
We know you will adore the items you purchase from us, but if for some reason you are less than satisfied then return your order within 10 working days of receipt and we will gladly provide you with a refund. We will refund you in the same method as which you have paid i.e. either credit card refund or transfer of funds via internet banking.
Please note that we will not accept returned items that are damaged or have been used. All freight costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of our error. We do not accept 'freight forward' items unless arranged with us prior.

We Deliver Within 3 to 7 Working Days...
Our goal is that you will receive purchases within 3 - 7 working days from the date of your order for deliveries within New Zealand. Once we have received your order we will email you to confirm delivery time frames.
Overseas orders take longer to process, so we will estimate delivery time frames for you via email at the time of receiving your order.
We Have One NZ Freight Fee...
For standard packages anywhere in NZ our freight fee is $7.95, excluding rural deliveries. For rural deliveries we will add an additional $3.50 to your freight costs.
Please note that these are based upon standard sized packages. For larger deliveries we will happily advise you via email of the additional freight price, over and above our standard $7.95, before charging and dispatching. For overseas deliveries we will quote freight separately via email before processing and dispatch.
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods that are delivered if we are supplied with an incorrect address.
We Charge In NZ Dollars...
All prices quoted are in NZ dollars and will be billed in NZ dollars. For overseas orders (outside NZ) we bill in NZ currency and advise via email regarding freight costs. Then once we have your agreement to proceed we will process your order.
