Today is Wear Your Bathrobe & Wish for Better Things Day (Thursday the 22nd of July). We've had our robes on all day, donated to the local Food Bank and wished for better things for others. Tell us all about what you've done! We'd love to hear!

It's cold, its winter and we all need something warm to look forward to. So, at Design Boutique we've created our own special event based on feedback from our customers - Wear Your Bathrobe & Wish for Better Things Day.

On Thursday the 22nd of July 2010 we invite, we encourage, we dare you to wear your bathrobe for the entire day (or as much of it as you can manage). Wear it to work, to the shops, to drop the kids off at school, wear it anywhere and everywhere. Why not?! After all, it's the perfect way to keep warm!

While wearing your bathrobe we ask that you take a moment to wish for better things for those who are not able to benefit from warmth and comfort this winter. This is an opportunity to be thankful for what you have and to wish for better things for those less fortunate. Better still; make a wish and then a promise to do something that will help someone else. Ideas include spending time helping at the local Foodbank, donating household items to Women's Refuge, putting $1 in the hand of the person on the street, or donating warm clothes and blankets to the Salvation Army.

We'll do our bit by donating $10 from every bathrobe sold to our local Foodbank between now and Thursday 22 July 2010.
